Where We Are From
The Angel of the North is an iconic sculpture in Gateshead, England, designed by artist Antony Gormley and completed in 1998. Standing 20 meters tall with a wingspan of 54 meters, it is made from weathering steel, giving it its distinctive rust-red color.
